Bangladesh will observe state mourning tomorrow (May 14, 2022) on the death of UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.
National flags at all government, semi-government, autonomous, educational institutions, public and private buildings and embassies will remain half-mast, according to a state’s gazette notification.
Special prayer will be offered at all mosques for the salvation of his departed soul. Prayers will also be offered at other religious institutions, reads the notification.
